Now that you've crafted the perfect story, you're ready to share it with your audience. Once your story is in tip-top shape and ready to go, hit the Publish button! Then, you can decide whether you'd like to share it with multiple contacts or as a solo pitch.

However, before we can start sending pitches, we need to get our contacts into Prezly.


First, import your contacts

Every great email campaign needs an audience, which means you will need to import your contacts. Thankfully this is quite easy, and our lovely customer support crew is always here to help if you have any issues along the way.

Make small adjustments to the story in the campaign

Contacts imported already? It's time to get the email campaign all spruced up to send. Adjust the story in your email by setting the alignment and length of the story, then send a test to yourself to see what the email campaign looks like.

Remember those contacts you imported?

You can access your entire contacts database from within the campaign composer. No going back and forth when looking for the perfect list of people to share your stories with. Handy, right?
